Sally loves her work as a dietitian, and will go to great lengths to help her clients achieve their goals. Sally’s interest in sports nutrition began when she was competing nationally as a lightweight rower; as ‘weight-category’ athletes will testify, meticulous attention to food is necessary to achieve a goal weight. As a result, Sally has first-hand experience & empathy for the challenges that face her athletes & weight management clients.
Training has always been a huge part of Kirrily’s life, growing up she competed in track & field athletics, representing her small school at State titles from age 11-18. This led on to an interest in Olympic distance triathlon, and sparked her curiosity for getting nutrition right for both training and race days. Currently, Kirrily actively competes in a number of bike racing events throughout the year with the Data #3 women’s cycling team, including the National Road Series.
Andrew is motivated by improving the nutrition, health and performance of others, ranging from recreational to elite athletes. Fascinated by interactions between the environment, food, and the human body, he uses current scientific evidence whilst adjusting recommendations to the individual’s unique requirements and situation (e.g injury, training periodisation, intolerances). Andrew is a strong supporter of a whole foods approach, but understands that flexibility is necessary to meet an individual’s real life personal preference.
Steph is a sports fanatic who has trained and competed in many different sporting categories including running, swimming, boxing, functional training, netball and surf life saving. Additionally, with four brothers she is often seen on the side-lines of rugby union games. Steph is a passionate dietitian who is devoted to working with her clients to reach their health and sporting goals. She strongly believes that quality nutrition and exercise is the key to living a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
