Donna is dedicated to having a positive impact on people’s lives through food and nutrition. Using her nutrition knowledge together with her passion for food and cooking, she provides individualised advice with practical strategies. This assists Donna’s clients in achieving their goals and improving their health and wellbeing. Donna may be small in stature but makes up for it with a big heart, she strives for the best outcomes for her clients.

Donna has always enjoyed being active, growing up she was involved in dancing and gymnastics but now enjoys running, swimming and latin dancing. On weekends you will usually find her hiking or swimming at a waterfall or exploring the great outdoors.

Hitting the markets to get my fresh produce, have a coffee with friends and attempt the weekend newspaper trivia

My favourite training session is:
A run or boxing class with friends, partly due to the breakfast and coffee that follows

My last meal would be:
A tasting platter with all my favourite foods – margherita pizza, thai curry, mexican taco with mango and avocado salsa, fire dragon roll (from sushi lovers in Milton) and then some quality vanilla ice-cream to finish it off

One thing I wish everyone in the world could know about nutrition is:
There is no right and wrong, everybody is different and what is right for one person won’t necessarily be right for another

All foods play a role, whether that be to nourish, fuel or simply enjoy.
