Our friends in fitness at Base Camp Training are running three fitness adventures in 2017.
All of the trips are preceded by 10-16 week fitness and technical training programs, and are designed specifically to get you both fit and well prepared for the challenges of the mountains. Choose 1, 2 or all 3 of the adventures, which gradually increase in difficulty as the year goes on.
The first trip departs in April to the Base Camp of the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest!
