  • You are looking to rediscover a healthy relationship with food

  • Is not shy about firm food restrictions, in order to create a physique or fitness result
  • Wants to complete the challenge with good energy levels, and with health intact, and even enhanced at the end of it (yes, it’s possible)
  • Is not interested in addressing long-term food behaviours
  • Does NOT have disordered eating patterns. If you are working through disordered eating behaviours, we recommend The Life Changer package.
  • In a nutshell, choose this package if you are in a hurry! This is our shortest package to deliver a result

  • You have more than a little body fat to lose, but recognise this is the beginning of your journey, and that this package is likely not long enough to provide the full solution and support to reach your end game
