FLEXI-5 Package

This package the ideal extension to any of the Apple to Zucchini packages and also suitable for clients requiring short term nutritional advice for the following concerns including, but not limited to;

  • Return from injury
  • Food allergy or intolerance
  • Pregnancy + breastfeeding advice
  • Mass, strength gain advice
  • Gut health, gut-brain axis advice
  • Vegetarian / vegan meal planning
  • Hydration, cramping issues
  • Recent health condition diagnosis, requiring education (e.g. diabetes, low iron)

To schedule an online session, you will need to select a physical location first, and this will reveal the practitioners available on a given day. Simply use the online booking function as though you were seeing us in-person, and you can opt for a telehealth appointment. Check both locations so you find the best available time and day. When selecting an appointment type, ensure you select the “telehealth” option; this will prompt our reception staff will be in touch with you, to establish the best method for conducting your session.

Individual Nutrition Consultations

You spend hours training, so why not spend a little time looking at what the best fuel for your body might be?

Customised nutrition plans to

  • Body composition testing (skinfold measures, and other relevant anthropometric measures)

What do I book in for?

All individual clients require an 1hr initial consultation. At the time of booking this session, we also recommend booking in a review for 2 weeks after this. During the initial session, we gather all information necessary to create your individualised nutrition plan. The number of subsequent review appointments (30 minutes) will vary depending on your goals; some people need only a few, others like to have more regular reviews. The time frame between reviews also depend on your unique circumstances – like everything – we tailor to suit! You can discuss the best plan of attack with your dietitian at your initial consultation.
Exceptions to the rule: Same-sex twins, with identical food preferences and training/exercise loads can have a joint initial appointment. If this is not the case, please book each person for an individual session. Family members & partners are welcome to sit in on the session.

      • For the sanity of our practitioners, we have a 24hr cancellation policy – which we take seriously!
      • Skinfold assessments are charged separately to the initial consultation, but are included in review consultations
