Again, your plan is individualised for YOU; I will give you plenty of options, using a combination of real food & sports foods. We can also look at which supplements best suit you & how to use these strategically to enhance your performance. I am not sponsored by any sports nutrition/supplement companies, so my advice is unbiased, and ‘marketing/hype’ free!

I can work closely with you to normalise eating behaviours. Our goal is for you to be in any given eating situation & you feel confident that you can manage yourself well. I work closely with several highly skilled psychologists that specialise in this area, and their input will be available if needed.

Vegetarian/vegan meal plans

• Ensuring adequate macro/micronutrients, and energy when choosing a vegetarian style of eating

How often do you get asked: “are you SURE you’re getting enough protein?” And if it’s not protein, then the concern is over iron, zinc, calcium, and other vital nutrients.
