Sally is a passionate dietitian who goes above and beyond to help her clients achieve their goals. Her journey into sports nutrition began during her time as a nationally competitive lightweight rower, where she experienced firsthand the meticulous focus on food required for weight-category sports. This background gives Sally unique empathy for the challenges her athletes and weight management clients face.
Kirrily Tutt
Training has always been a huge part of Kirrily’s life, growing up she competed in track & field athletics, representing her small school at State titles from age 11-18. This led on to an interest in Olympic distance triathlon, and sparked her curiosity for getting nutrition right for both training and race days. Currently, Kirrily actively competes in a number of bike racing events throughout the year with the Data #3 women’s cycling team, including the National Road Series.
Ali Disher
Ali is an Advanced Sports Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist, with a Master of Philosophy in sports nutrition and hydration. Ali is Swimming Australia’s Performance Nutrition Lead and she also consults to the Queensland Academy of Sport, Queensland Rugby League, as well as having previously worked at the Australian Institute of Sport.
Rebekka Frazer
Rebekka has been working as an Accredited Practising Dietitian since 2014 and an Accredited Sports Dietitian since 2016. She is an experienced practitioner and has worked with a range of different athletes of all levels, from recreational up to International. Rebekka has a genuine passion for helping athletes and active individuals optimise their nutrition and general health to perform at their best through an individual approach.
Emilia Ahsan
Emilia boasts a lifelong immersion in the world of ice figure skating, having navigated a distinguished competitive career representing Australia at numerous international events, including multiple World Junior Championships.
Sylvia Pfeffer
Running has always been a big part of Sylvia’s life. Growing up she competed in cross country and over the years transitioned to competing in trail ultramarathons. Her interest in sports nutrition began when she was looking for ways to support her training and racing. The impact was so significant it inspired a career change. From her first-hand experience she understands the importance of providing an individualised approach to improve nutrition, health and performance.
