What do I book in for?
All individual clients require an 1hr initial consultation. Your initial session is where we gather the majority of the data to create a personalised plan, just for you. For some – this will be a go-to guide, others will require a more formalised and prescriptive plan, and others may have some homework / detective work to complete before we can establish the course of action. We are flexible with our approach and treat the person we are seeing with a high degree of individual care. We can’t tell you what your plan will be prior to completing your assessment. Rest assured – from food intolerances to altering body composition, we have your number one priority in mind. Your practitioner will use their clinical judgement to create the pathway to get you from A to B, as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Your plan will be delivered & rationale discussed, at your next appointment (ideally within 7 days following your initial session), and we like to book that when you book in for your initial so there are no delays.
Exceptions to the rule: Same-sex twins, with identical food preferences and training/exercise loads can have a joint initial appointment. If this is not the case, each person will require an individual session. Family members & partners are welcome to sit in on the session.

Mentoring & Supervision for Dietitians
Choosing to pursue mentoring & supervision will allow you to reflect, learn and grow skills and confidence as a dietitian.
Supervision is a collaborative partnership that empowers growth through reflective practice. Supervision is becoming increasingly common as a means to become the most effective practitioner you can be. Sally Anderson is a trained supervisor, available to offer supervision to APD’s and sports dietitians, in the area of performance nutrition and/or eating disorders.
